Steady is designed for women who have decided to try again — and want to feel physically strong and emotionally supported for what comes next.

We know that trying again brings up so many emotions - hope and excitement alongside fear, grief and uncertainty. Steady is a space that supports you as you move forward, whilst honoring the journey that you’ve been on. It provides you with something proactive, when so many other areas of this journey feel out of your control.

Inside Steady, you’ll find:

  • Expert-led Pilates based exercise
    Focused on safely and sustainably building physical strength so your body feels supported through the demands of trying again. New sessions are added every two weeks, progressing gently as you do.

  • Emotional support tools
    A range of practical tools, delivered by mental health specialists designed to support you in increasing your emotional resilience and managing anxiety and grief. New tools are added every two weeks so your toolkit grows with you.

  • Monthly expert sessions
    Insight and Q&A with specialists on hormones, nutrition, pelvic floor health, intimacy and connection and more.

  • Gentle lifestyle guidance
    Practical suggestions to support your body and wellbeing day to day.

This space isn’t about influencing fertility or promising outcomes. It’s about giving you the best start in this new chapter by strengthening your body and mind, and helping you feel steadier in a process that can otherwise feel completely out of your hands.

Steady is designed to support you through trying-again. If your path moves into pregnancy, we want to be able to continue supporting your journey. We’re currently working on a new dedicated space for that chapter, built with the same integrated approach to movement and emotional care.

  • Steady isn't designed to influence fertility outcomes or make any promises about conception. It's here to help you feel as strong, calm and supported as possible through a process that can often feel completely out of your hands.

  • Every session has progressions and regressions built in, so you always have options depending on how you're feeling. On harder days, do less — on better days, do more. There's no right pace and no falling behind.

  • Intara membership is £49 per month, giving you access to expert-led Pilates, practical emotion support tools and range of expert content.

    Founding members lock in this reduced price for as long as their membership remains active, even after our standard pricing of £49/month becomes the regular rate.
