Grounding
Reconnect with your body and begin to heal after pregnancy loss or birth trauma
The Grounding Space offers gentle, restorative Pilates-based movement and emotional support to help you rebuild strength, restore confidence, and find your footing again
The grounding space
After loss or trauma, most women are left with little guidance. You’re told to “Move when you’re ready,” but no one explains what’s actually safe — or how to rebuild trust in your body.
The Intara Grounding space was created to provide the support that has been missing, a nurturing environment for both emotional and physical wellbeing, with practical tools and guidance you can actually use.
Grounding isn’t a programme, and there’s no timeline. It’s a place to land, rebuild, and grow - for as long as you need.
Inside Grounding, you’ll find:
Evolving trauma-informed Pilates
Sessions with optional progressions and regressions so you can do what feels right for your body. New sessions arrive every two weeks, progressing gently as you do.Emotional support tools
Build a practical toolbox, including breathwork, guided meditation and coping practices for difficult days. New tools are added every two weeks so your toolkit grows with you.Monthly expert sessions
Insight and Q&A with specialists on grief, hormones, sleep, relationships, strength rebuilding and more.Gentle lifestyle guidance
Practical suggestions to support your body and wellbeing day to day.
What you’ll gain
Strength and confidence with reduced anxiety around movement
Feel safer and more connected to your body
Calm your nervous system and feel more able to manage emotional waves
Sustainable, gentle practices you can continue long-term.
The Intara Difference
The right people, with the right experience
Specialised Pilates-instructors, psychologists, health professionals and holistic practitioners - all with real expertise in loss and trauma, and many with lived experience.
Support for your body and mind
What happened to your body doesn’t stay seperate from what happens to your heart. Intara holds both - movement that helps you feel safe in your body again, and emotional support tools to help you navigate moments that are harder to name.
Here when you’re ready, not on a schedule
Grief doesn’t follow a programme, Intara doesn’t either. Move at your pace and stay as long as you need.
