Chapter 8: Looking Forward

Welcome to Chapter Eight.
This is the final chapter of your Grounding programme, and it brings everything together. The movement is more integrated and more challenging, reflecting how much your body has learned and developed over the past sixteen weeks. Alongside it, you'll find space to reflect on your journey, set intentions for what comes next, and think about how to carry your practice forward in a way that's realistic and sustainable.
There is no expectation that after this chapter you will suddenly feel healed. Grief, unfortunately, doesn’t work like that. However, we hope that over the course of this programme you will have found your strength and learned key skills that will help you to navigate the hardest moments.

If you are still struggling, physically or emotionally, please do seek help from your GP who can refer you to a range of specialists. You really don’t have to go through this alone.
