Welcome to Chapter Seven.
This chapter is about you and your body, on your own terms. After weeks of rebuilding, we gently shift focus, towards what your body has achieved, and towards movement as something done for pleasure rather than repair. This is also a moment to pause and notice how far you've come.

Some of what this chapter explores may feel difficult, particularly if you're still carrying a sense that your body has let you down, go slowly and know that there is no rush to get through this.
