This is your home inside your Grounding programme.

Everything here has been built with care. Movement and learning layered together, each stage growing from the last, so that by the time you reach the end of the programme, you'll have covered far more ground than it might feel like in any single session.

New chapters open every two weeks, giving you a steady rhythm to follow. But how you move through each one is entirely yours to decide. Some days that might be a full movement session. Others, just a few minutes with your breath. There's no wrong way to be here.

Over the 16 weeks, you'll work through key themes with guidance from our expert contributors, and Lauren will be with you throughout, bringing the movement to life in a way that meets you wherever you are.

  • There is no set routine. Some days you may want movement, other days breathing or meditation, and sometimes simply rest.

    Every journey and body is unique and so it’s important to do what feels right for you each day. There is no timer and no progress bar, take it at your own pace.

  • No. This is your space, and you can move through it in whatever order feels right for you.

    The content inside your Grounding Space is designed as a toolkit you can come back to whenever you need it.

    Nothing here is one-and-done. The movement sessions, breathing exercises, and meditation practices are all designed to be repeated over time. Each time you return to them, you may notice something slightly different - more ease, more familiarity, or a little more strength and mobility building in your body.

    You don’t need to move through everything in order, and you don’t need to complete it within a set timeframe. This is about returning, repeating, and rebuilding at your own pace.

    Some days that might look like a full movement session. Other days it might simply be a few minutes of breath or rest. Both are part of the process.

  • Nothing is missed or lost. Your space is always here for you to return to whenever you need it.

    There is no catching up.

  • For the early weeks you wont need any equipment, although you may find it comfortable to exercise on a Pilates mat.

    As the exercise progresses it would be helpful to have a yoga block and resistance band.

  • New content unlocks every 2 weeks from the day you joined.
    It will automatically appear inside your Grounding Space when it becomes available — you don’t need to do anything.

    Each module unlocks at the same time of day you originally joined Intara. So if you joined at 7pm, your new modules will become available at 7pm on their unlock date.

    If your content is due and it hasn’t appeared yet, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in.

    If it still hasn’t appeared after a few hours, please get in touch and we’ll be able to support you.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period and no further payments will be taken. We don't offer refunds for the current billing period already paid.

  • As a digital product, the full programme payment is non-refundable once you have accessed the content. However, if you haven't yet logged in or accessed any content, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund under your statutory cooling-off rights. To request a refund within this period, email us at connect@intaraspace.com.
